I won this book in a Goodreads Giveaway. I loved this book. I read it in one day. Anna is an overall good kid and loves her family. When her mom acquires a horse that has been starved almost to death, the family and Anna’s friends nurse the horse back together. Anna is curious about the horse and where it came from and how it got to be in the shape it is. Anna dives into investigating the horses background, and breaking a few of her parents rules along the way. But hey who didn’t at 13. The stories and the owners twist and turn along the way in this book. But in the end after finding out the truth, she becomes the hero to this horse, her family, and especially for her little sister. This is a must read, it shows the love a family can have and achieve, the love of friends, and especially the love of horses and animals. It gives you all the feels, and excitement within its pages. I highly recommend this book. Go get it and read it.

This book is amazing. I read it in 2 days…I couldn’t put it down. This is a wonderful read for horse and animal lovers of all ages. I can’t wait for the next book to be released!
